The outdoor eating area here is fantastic, the staff are very nice, and the family cabin is big and clean.

I booked queen room, it was modern and complete with comfy beds and a big balcony plus table and chairs.

Comfortable place for 3 nights with pleasant staff in a pleasant manner. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. The marvellous and comfortable location for the price, adjacent to theme parks & friendly staff as well as shops. Great choice for trip.

We had a blast ringing in the New Year here! The location is fantastic, super close to all the theme parks, which made it a breeze to enjoy the attractions. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and we loved the family-friendly vibe.

Not everything was great. The pillows were awful—felt like sleeping on nothing!

the staff were all courteous, and the room was neat with enough beds for all the family. the breakfast had good choice of exceptional food and drinks. the location was great and handy, close to highway, if you need it.

Our stay was absolutely enjoyable, making it a perfect getaway. the location is wonderful, conveniently situated near stunning tropical gardens, and the staff frequently opened and closed the concertina windows, enhancing our alfresco dining experience. we loved being so close to the largest water park in Australia!

The hotel boasts a magnificent location near stunning tropical gardens, enhancing the overall experience with an inviting alfresco dining atmosphere. it's conveniently situated near a popular shopping area in Oxenford, making it easy to explore. I was pleasantly surprised to discover Cold Rock nearby, which offered some delightful treats and drinks.

We had a peaceful two-night stay. the family room here was just the right size and really comfortable, making us feel right at home. 🏡.

we had a wonderful time at big4 gold coast holiday park. the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the self-contained unit was spotless upon our arrival, stocked with everything we needed. the kids loved the water park and jumping pillow, and we appreciated the convenient café that allowed us to order meals right from our cabana. plus, with so many attractions like movie world and wet n wild nearby, we were never short of fun activities.

I really enjoyed my wonderful stay on a Christmas shopping trip. The location was marvelous - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. It was a maximum of a 15-minute walk to the lake.

We stayed in the motel, and it was super clean with all the essentials we needed for our group of 16! the pool and aqua park were such a hit with the kids, plus we enjoyed some quality time on the balcony chilling out together. Just a minor thing – the height restrictions on the big slides were a bit quirky since we wanted to join our child on them, but it didn't really take away from our overall awesome time! 😊.

The setting here was beautiful, near an Australian homestead, and there was a fantastic restaurant with great service; the staff was super helpful, allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out.
